Problems with credit card deposits
In the past few days, our customers have experienced some small problems with credit and debit card deposits. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence over this as this is due to certain bank or payment provider mechanisms and procedures. Changes in these mechanisms and procedures could result in some credit cards being refused on our website.
GameDuell is already in discussion with the relevant payment providers in order to attempt to provide a solution. Until this is completed, we recommend all players to use PayPal in order to deposit funds, should their credit card be declined.
The GameDuell team is moving
As of Thursday, January 19th 2012, GameDuell is moving to a new office. The entire gaming operation will not be affected in any way. It should be business as usual.
However, customer service will be affected. From Thursday at 4:00 p.m., customer service will not be available by phone or via e-mail.
By Saturday morning it is expected that there will be an answering machine set up.
The standard customer service is expected to be up and running on Monday, January 23rd at 10:00 a.m.. However, it is anticipated that there may be delays during the process.
